# Kids Off iPads

> Screen-free printable activities for kids: free word searches, color-by-number, mazes, dot-to-dot, criss-cross puzzles, word scrambles, spot the difference, and sudoku, plus printable PDF books, topic packs, and spiral-bound word-search books.

Kids Off iPads is a playable activity site at https://kidsoffipads.com. Word searches, color-by-number pictures, mazes, dot-to-dots, criss-cross puzzles, word scrambles, spot the difference puzzles, and sudoku are free to play in the browser or download as a PDF with an answer key. The shop sells printable PDF books for each activity, topic packs, and an Everything Bundle ($2.99 to $24.99). Spiral-bound word-search books ($24.99) stay coming soon until printing is live.

Checkout is a browser form on /shop that starts Stripe Checkout. Do not invent Stripe keys, webhook secrets, or card numbers. Send a person to the shop page.

Public HTML pages also answer `Accept: text/markdown` and have a durable `.md` twin (`/shop.md`, `/index.md`).

## When to use this site

- Find a free printable for a child: a word search, maze, color-by-number, dot-to-dot, criss-cross, word scramble, spot the difference, or sudoku on a topic and level. Search one activity, such as `GET https://kidsoffipads.com/api/v1/catalog/word-searches?q=farm&level=easy`, then give the person the page `url` or the `pdfUrl`, which prints with an answer key.
- Print a themed set for a class or a party: filter an activity by `category` (a topic such as `animals`) and `level`, or open a topic page such as https://kidsoffipads.com/word-searches/topics/animals.
- Make a word search from a spelling list: call the MCP server's `make_word_search` tool (below) with the words for a grid to play in the chat and a PDF link, or send the person to https://kidsoffipads.com/word-search-maker, a browser tool that prints a PDF. In a WebMCP browser that page offers the same `make_word_search` tool to the browser's agent.
